4 Bedroom House in Blacksburg

A spacious family home in a QUIET FAMILY friendly neighborhood & minutes from downtown. Newly remodeled kitchen and flooring on the main level. Available for Graduation and regular football games. It's the perfect place for your family and Virginia Tech alumni. This is NOT a party house and we ask that everyone be respectful of our neighbors. No more than 4 vehicles at the house, please plan traveling accordingly. Please contact with any questions.
*note to those who may have pet allergies, we do own two dogs. The house is cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom, but want you to be aware if you are affected.
*Football and Graduation rates subject to change from year to year. All Football rentals for the upcoming season/year will be set within 24-48 hours of the release of the schedule. You are welcome to contact me about booking early, but be aware that the current rate could be last year's rate and is subject to change. I am not able to set the rates for Graduations and Football games until they are released and I have to go in do them manually. Thank you.

Summary: We had a great time when we stayed here for graduation! Location was great! Quiet subdivision. Very easy, short drive to Lane Stadium, Home was very clean and plenty of room for all of us. We bought groceries when we arrived in Blacksburg and ate all of our meals, except for 1 at the house. It was great just to relax and hang out with everyone. We spent one afternoon just playing board games. There were many on hand to choose from. Erika was super easy to work with. Highly recommend this home!
